Snipe Club Creator Partners — Programme Terms
Version draft for operator review. Effective date to be set when the affiliate portal opens for applications.
1. Programme
Snipe Club Creator Partners (“Programme”) lets approved affiliates (“Partners”) earn commission on qualifying Snipe Club subscription revenue attributed to their referral links. The Programme is operated by the Snipe Club merchant entity. Snipe Club remains independent of Electronic Arts Inc.
2. Relationship
Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents or legal representatives of Snipe Club or EA. Partners may not bind Snipe Club or claim EA affiliation.
3. Commission
- Rate: 30% of qualifying collected subscription revenue attributed to the Partner.
- Base: amounts actually collected for Snipe Club monthly subscriptions after excluding VAT/sales taxes, refunds, chargebacks and unpaid invoices.
- Recurring: commissions continue on qualifying renewals while the referred subscription remains active and the Partner remains eligible.
- Attribution: 60-day window from last qualifying referral click; last click wins.
- Hold: 30 days from commission creation before payable status, subject to dispute protections.
- Threshold: €50 (or currency equivalent as administered) before payout.
- Cycle: monthly payout administration.
No commission is due for unpaid, simulated, fraudulent, self-referred, refunded or otherwise non-qualifying transactions.
4. Attribution technology
Referral tracking is provided by a separate affiliate platform (Supaffi or successor). Stripe Checkout and Snipe Club entitlements remain the sole authority for customer billing and product access. Partners never receive customer passwords, licence keys or Stripe secrets.
5. Marketing rules
- Disclose the commercial relationship and EA ban/restriction risk in every promotion.
- Do not claim ban-proof operation, guaranteed profits, coin farming safety or EA endorsement.
- Do not use EA trademarks in a way that implies partnership or approval.
- Do not spam, scrape, buy fake traffic or engage in cookie stuffing.
- Do not bid on Snipe Club brand terms without written permission.
6. Payouts
Partners must provide accurate payout details. Snipe Club (or its payment agent) pays only after commissions clear the hold, meet the threshold, and a transfer is confirmed. “Mark paid” in the affiliate admin must not occur before the transfer confirms. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
Economic note: At 30% of €19.99 list, gross commission before tax handling is about €6.00 per qualifying EUR renewal; USD list $22.49 yields about $6.75. Processor fees, tax treatment, chargebacks and FX can reduce net Programme cost/benefit. Confirm tax and consumer-law implications with counsel before launch.
7. Self-referral and fraud
Self-referrals and suspected fraud may be held, voided or result in Programme termination. Snipe Club may reverse unpaid commissions and withhold payouts pending investigation.
8. Optional review licences
Free review licences are discretionary, individually approved, revocable, and do not create an entitlement to commission on the Partner’s own account.
9. Termination
Either party may end participation. On termination, unpaid eligible commissions that already cleared holds may still be paid subject to fraud review; future renewals stop earning unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Liability
Snipe Club provides the product and Programme “as available”. Partners promote at their own risk. Snipe Club is not liable for Partner audience bans, lost earnings estimates or third-party platform actions.
11. Changes
Programme terms may change prospectively. Material changes should be posted on snipeclub.com/affiliates and/or the portal. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
